At PressPixel Creations, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and transparent communication throughout every project. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our subscription-based website and digital marketing services.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, custom development work, SEO services, consulting, and subscription-based website management, refunds are limited once work has started or services have been delivered.
By purchasing any service from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Website Design & Development Services
Initial Payments & Deposits
All upfront payments, setup fees, onboarding fees, and deposits are generally non-refundable once:
- project planning has started,
- design work has begun,
- development has started,
- or resources have been allocated to the project.
This includes:
- custom website design,
- development work,
- branding implementation,
- content setup,
- integrations,
- technical configurations,
- and revisions requested by the client.
3. Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) Subscriptions
Our monthly subscription plans may include:
- hosting,
- maintenance,
- updates,
- SEO,
- analytics,
- support,
- backups,
- and related digital services.
Subscription Cancellations
Clients may cancel their subscription after the deadline mentioned in the contract providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
After cancellation:
- future recurring charges will stop,
- but previously charged subscription fees are non-refundable,
- and services remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Partial-month refunds are not provided.
4. SEO & Marketing Services
SEO and digital marketing services involve ongoing labor, optimization, technical work, and strategy implementation.
Because search engine rankings and marketing performance cannot be guaranteed, payments for:
- SEO campaigns,
- optimization services,
- local SEO,
- Google Business Profile optimization,
- and consulting services
are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Client Delays & Communication
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
- lack of communication,
- delayed approvals,
- missing content or assets,
- failure to provide required access,
- or project abandonment by the client.
6. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact us first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks after services have been delivered may result in:
- suspension of services,
- termination of accounts,
- removal of hosted assets,
- and submission of supporting evidence to the payment processor.
7. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Any approved refund:
- may be partial,
- may exclude completed work,
- and may deduct processing fees, labor costs, or third-party expenses already incurred.
